使用方法：
例如添加一个计时任务，命名为“模拟考试”。
此时可以在该任务中添加一个计时器，倒计时15分钟，命名为“选择题”；
再次添加一个计时器，倒计时15分钟，命名为“填空题”；
再次添加一个计时器，倒计时30分钟，命名为“简答题”；
此时便完成了一个模拟考试的时间规划，开始任务后将按照设计顺序进行依次计时。
新建任务功能说明：
·重复次数
设置任务重复次数，默认为1次，即整个任务完成后将结束任务。设置为无限次重复将循环执行所有步骤。
·自动播放
单个步骤计时结束后，将自动进入下一个步骤。若关闭，则需要手动点击完成以继续下一个步骤。
·炫彩提醒
单个步骤倒计时不足5秒时，计时器将使用预选的炫彩背景进行提示。
·倒计时
目前仅支持使用倒计时方式进行分步骤。
执行任务操作：
·双击屏幕
在计时过程中，双击屏幕可以弹出功能按钮，允许用户跳过当前步骤进入下一步。
·左右滑动
在计时过程中，为防止误操作，左右滑动无法进行步骤跳转。可以作为缓解压力的操作。
·左侧屏幕边缘右滑
在计时过程中，退出当前任务。
