Checkout Distance - It’s now possible to set a proximity limit for checkout in the Driver app. Simply navigate to Settings → Limit Checkout Distance, enable the validation, and set the distance at which the driver will be able to initiate the checkout process. You can specify distances between 50 and 700 feet, ensuring both configurability and compliance.

DC Terminals - We’ve added support for DC Terminals. A wider selection of payment methods will make your customer’s experience more convenient. Patient Comments - You can view patient comments prior to checkout underneath the client’s information, meaning your drivers won’t miss out on crucial pieces of information.

In this release, we’re bringing you major quality-of-life improvements and an important announcement. Versatile Payment Methods - We added the ability to customize payment methods for Indica POS and the Driver app separately, so you can mix and match different payment methods for different service models. You can experiment with this feature by navigating to Config→Settings→Payment Methods on IndicaOnline Web. Blocked Patients - The names of blocked patients will be highlighted in red in their patient profiles. This should help you easily identify problematic customers that were blocked for whatever reason.

Driver Performance Indication - Efficiency is essential when it comes to deliveries, but keeping up with each driver's performance can become a timesink. We’ve added an Avg Delivery Time metric to the Close Shift screen, so you can easily manage the performance of your fleet. Configurable Calls - We’ve added a new setting that will allow your drivers to view all the customer numbers in a given Run. The Set order count with the showcased Patient Phone numbers setting can be found under Menu→Config→Settings→Delivery on IndicaOnline Web and will allow you to set the number of orders that display a phone number to the driver.

Document Scanning - Delivery drivers will be able to scan customer IDs and driver's licenses right from the Driver app, all of the information will be added to the corresponding customer profiles, along with photos of both the back and the front of the document. Discount Breakdown - Now available in the Driver app. This functionality will help you keep track of the exact discounts that were applied to a given order, as well as their value.
