App no longer works and the library doesn’t know when it’ll be back up? Classic.
Inconsistent Availability
I love that I can easily hold books, renew books, or simply look up books, but most of the time it says that the server is unavailable, my check outs are not accurate, or I can’t deselect a book I have on hold. Was looking for an update to fix the glitch, but there isn’t one yet…
Easy and convenient
Super easy to put books on hold/take advantage of the shared library system, manage check outs, monitor hold status, and keep an eye on fines. Use it all the time.
Unable to Connect to Server
Have been using this app since shortly after it first became available. It has been great and is my preferred way of accessing my library. Yesterday, I updated it to the latest version and now it is “Unable to Connect to Server.” Have tried contacting App Support but only get “Error: 1001.” Please get this great app back to working condition again!

Unable to connect to server.
After downloading I opened the app to have it error out with the message unable to connect to server. Try again. I will happily update my review with it’s up and running.
Seamless intuitive app
I downloaded this app today and was walked through how to use it to check out my own material in lieu of using a machine or library assistant. The review that says it doesn’t show checkouts is incorrect and that has been fixed. All of my checkouts, holds, etc, are right there. It’s a simple and intuitive app that will probably replace opening the website browser for me. You can even scan your library card instead of entering it manually, then enter your pin, and you’re set! Whoever designed this app did a great job.

Where are my checkouts?
I love that I can search, place holds, and view fines, but my checkouts don’t show up. It says I have no checkout when I actually have six. Would be nice if this glitch got worked out.
