Right aid shuts off
Saw a November review doing this very thing. At random times, the right aid mutes itself. If I wait a while it pops back on. Or I go to the app and do any kind of tap, like volume, etc. and it comes back on. The app never shows it as being muted. Happens during streaming or just normal usage. Happened a few times during phone call and it drops the call. After a few attempts at Costco to problem solve, they gave me a new pair. So far, working fine. Jabra support call had no idea what it is.

Missing programs
Missing a number of programs in the App. Only two programs on app “Hear in Noise” and “All around”. How can I add back in the missing programs
Apple watch support
I went to your support site but there’s no way to contact you there. Just videos, faq’s, info about different products. I have a very specific question that I didn’t see answered anywhere. In the previous version of your software for the Apple Watch, you used to be able to do a long press on a program icon, and it would mute the surrounding environment. That doesn’t seem to work anymore and all you can do is turn down the volume to one. Will the mute function ever be restored on the watch?

Review of jabra hearing aids
Having used six pairs of hearing aids over the years, I can confidently say these Jabra hearing aids are the best I’ve experienced—surpassing all others except, perhaps, the Whisper aids, which are unfortunately no longer available. The performance, clarity, and overall user experience with Jabra have been exceptional and truly make a difference in my daily life.

Jabra hearing aids
I got my first hearing aid s more than 5 years ag from my ENT doctor and they were Resound aids. I had to change the batteries constantly. When I lost one they told me they n longer made the ones I had and I would have to purchase new ones. I got these Jabra hearing aids which is owned by Resound at Cosco for 1/3 of the cost as my first pair and the batteries are rechargeable. Cosco s definitely the way to go!

Quality of the hearing aids
I have paid twice the price for something similar. Changing ear buds will help quality of sound. I did have to get them reprogrammed and they worked much better. I would most likely buy them again. When being around high level of noise they actually try to protect your ears. I was surprised of what they can do. I only had them for a maybe a few months. If they last a couple years I will not hesitate to buy again.

Didn't make it through update
After the most recent update for the app following iOS update to 18, the Jabra enhance app completely forgot that I had hearing aids. I had to redo the entire initialization process and, during that, lost a couple of custom filters that I created. As a former software guy, I find this pretty mediocre performance. BTW, this is all after a previous update introduced a new "feature" for audio streaming which would be nice except that it fails to turn off that feature once audio streaming is done, forcing the user to reset it manually. In the future, maybe some beta testing for new versions would be in order?

Love the product, however
Hi, I got these particular hearing aids because they particularly run through the iPhone, however, I’ve started to notice some problems with this app and the hearing aids. This app does not work on my Apple Watch Ultra 2 to control the hearing aids on my watch is connected to my phone and hearing aids. I think there needs to be some serious redesign an update of all this product.
