JD Power and KBB are useless. It’s all by design and intentional

This is because the Govt. and global investors want you to start using EDMUND’S. Obviously the Govt. And KBB doesn’t want anyone to figure out current values using KBB anymore. They also don’t want you using JD POWER. This is intentional and all by design. Only buy vehicles from private sellers and don’t use commercial dealers anymore. ✌🏼🤟🏼🇺🇸

Worst App Ever

Won’t even let me sign up!

Worst App Ever!!!

Won’t even let me create an account. Companies that don’t fix stuff like this should be charged small amounts of currency to compensate for our time. Even 10 cents a minute. So that every user that is cumulatively affected, can make the company feel the sting of their incompetence.

Wow.

First time I’ve seen an app require you call customer service to create an account, in order to use the app. Why not join the 21st century and just have us create an account through the app? Or better yet, not make having an account necessary in the first place? It’s not rocket science.
Deleted.

Open the app… call customer service 😕

Call customer service is the not information provided by the app

Ruined

The JD Power takeover/rebranding of NADA has completely ruined the software from beginning to end. The website virtually NEVER works on a desktop, using the website on a mobile phone is beyond difficult, and downloading and using this app requires an account now, which costs $50/month. At this point I’m certain I’ll be completely dropping NADA/JD power/whatever you want to call yourselves now as trying to get a valuation for inventory has become a matter of pulling teeth.

Incredibly disappointing, if I could give 0 stars, I would.

Thanks for ruining NADA Guides

This app requires that you create an account. No thanks. Why the heck didn’t you just rebrand the old NADA app?

JD Power, your app is useless. Shame on you for killing NADA.

Add something lose something

Not a fan of the new app. The old app (nada MarketValues) would pull up the most recent miles, thus saving me time in inputting the miles. It would also allow for fast pasting of vin (double tap) now you have to hold down for a sec to get the option to paste. After scanning and/or pasting the vin, It does not include the vin when you send the value out as an email like it used to in prior apps. Still inferior to the original (nada guide) that one operated much smoother, and if you sent the value, it would show all the add on selected. Not anymore since it was changed to MarketValues.
