slow app - sign up doesn’t work
registered member of cigna, the sign up doesnt work!
Bad experience
This app need too much work to be usable.
- loading takes long time
- i am not able to download any documents
- there is no contact us email to send questions, you need to chat with automated chat bots

Avoid
This app seem to not at all be supported. No doctors, no appointments, can’t download policy, manually enter bank details, link to review suspiciously not working… wonder why.
If you can’t be bothered to support an app, don’t make one.

App design is cool but everything is sooooo slow. To open any page is too long and I'm using the latest iPhone on very high speed connection. Also app logo is a bit meh, it’s always hard to find the app visually between other ones
No user friendly
Not user friendly. Check daman app much better. The phone numbers u have u cant click on them and call. Just screen shot and many other issues.
