Ported Website
Navigation isn’t intuitive, dense catalogue with not always easy to get where you wanna go due to shear amount of stuff offered. It’s a good problem but still a problem. Unless you have an idea of where you wanna look it’s kinda a crapshoot to just see stuff. At the end of the day it feels like their website literally made into an app with little though to making it better or anything added as a benefit of using this compared to the site. But hopefully it gets better.bigjon91

Look if you’re already looking to download this you know the shop itself and the products within are fantastic. No need to cover that any further.
The app itself... I mean it’s fine. It’s totally usable. It just suffers a lot of what’s wrong with the website - the interface doesn’t feel snappy, search takes forever to work properly (or sometimes doesn’t work at all unless you hard-close and reopen), etc.
It basically feels like having the website exactly as-is built into the app. And for that, there’s really no reason to have this when the mobile version of the site works exactly the same.Keelah Se'lai
Terrible
Not a good app. Doesn’t keep you signed in, pop-ups, black bars on the sides, just a recreation of their site which isn’t great. Loyal PWT customer, but their tech needs work.jsane
