Never improves
Yesterday reported a small drip from a pipe that needed attention. Maintenance team came cut the pipe off to fix it and then apologised saying the did not have the materials to fix it. Saying they would come back the next day they left with the water turned off. I went to work the next day leaving everything accessible, the team came to fix the job ( max time needed was 30 minutes). They got a call saying VIP villa needs a job done and told to leave my job (Still no water) and attend the other job. After several calls and several unfulfilled promises i got the small drip fixed but suffered 36 hours without water. Wish I just left the drip!
Customer facing team blaming management saying they can’t complain about process as they will lose their jobs. This whole team and process are poorly managed. A review of the process is needed as nobody will take responsibility or ownership for such poor service.
