Where to find support?
Help! I can’t find any phone numbers for support. I am receiving push notifications when motion is detected, but there are no pictures in my alarms. and sometimes I have pictures without getting a push notification. Very inconsistent app so far.Waste of time for pennies
Won’t connect
Worked great last week. Had to reinstall the app and note it says it’s connecting but never does. I’ve reset everything, phone, router, camera and nothing.Mtnfresh
Two problem beside crashing and saying request service
Considering how much the mini cams cost I think it would work it should also be an app for MacBook too there is none, it crashes saying connecting or request service I know it’s not my wifi because other devices snd app work great just not this cam or wifi I live with narcissistic in laws and needed this to work to get evidence if ever needed but this was a waste of money I really couldn’t afford to buy on especially since it fails and crashes more than works.Show lessKeepingItReal530
Don’t buy
I got the camera from seeing the ad on Facebook. First thing I saw after I bought it was it was shipped from China and took 2weeks to get. When I got it it was a night mare to connect with my Wi-Fi. Next thing was it doesn’t recognize my memory card and trying to format it it times out each time. Didn’t come with a magnet base like the add says. Tried the camera on my truck to backup to my trailer and disconnected once while I was backing up and had to hit the brakes. Don’t know if I can really trust it. It won’t connect
I tried everything to connect it and haven’t been able to find a solution I think this app wasn’t really good designed and there is a lot of errors and my camera won’t even connectFrmthe_4o8
Night mode not working
The night mode was good in the beginning but I don't know what happened now it's absolutely bad. I would like help if possible because that's quite disappointingSa -rah
Waste of $$ trust me
I bought 2 cam’s thinking lets give it go.
They arrived after 35 days of purchase.
Open box and install app.
Put them on charge for 12 hours straight when took of they where hot as hell lucky didn’t cutch on fire.
Put them in position outside 1 front of house and on the back 1.
Working ok for 2 hours and after lost connections i went to check them after 2 hours battery was gone dead already.
So i put them on charge again after few hours put them back then night has filled and could not seen any videos nothing the video was black.
Comes working battery was gone.
I took it all off and straight to rubbish bin.
So $129 with delivery was wasted but its ok I learnt i BIG lessonShow lessSladjan187
Amazing bit of kit for the price
Very easy to set up and connect to wifi. Also lets me access from the app when my camera is at home and plugged in. Don’t see why you’d need Bluetooth really when it has wifi.RMCoMm
Don’t waste your money
Absolute garbage, doesn’t connect to Bluetooth, might as well put it in the bin.Chussy68
