  • Works well at first then not so much

Thought the app was good at first. Logged more than 30 hours. Then went to download and over a month of drives was gone including two 3 hour drives. Now says I have a month of drives to back up and they won’t back up. It has been frustrating. I agree with others that it required location on all the time and if not, will not log the drive or stop in the middle.
  • Best log for time not distance

Amazing app yet I have teleported to Europe twice whilst using the app. If there is a way to teleport more intently than I would like to see it
  • Pretty good. Would recommend.

Keeps track of time well. Occasionally teleports me to Albania and I gain 8,500 miles, but the time is what matters so that’s not a big deal. Wish there was a way to add time manually.

Hi, in the next version, you will be able to edit time manually. Sorry about the GPS issue. We hope the next version fixes it.
  • Useless

Requires location even when not it use. Took my teenager out driving and this failed to pick up any of the drive. It didn’t log any of his driving hours.
  • Needs updating

App claims my daughter drove 6300 miles in 38 minutes at an average speed at 9937 mph.
  • Recent change bad

I have liked this app, using it to track when my kid drives to record her hours. Had it set to track location only while being used, but something must have changed. Now it demands that location services are on always. Well that is a deal breaker for me. There is no logical reason for this app to track me when I am not using it. Will be deleting soon if it doesn’t change back to the old way.
  • Can’t add a drive manually

I immediately deleted the app as useless. My son drives with his dad too and there is no way for me to add those to his record. There needs to be a way to log a drive manually. I’ll stick with Rood Ready
  • Needs updating

They don’t have Nevada as a state and you can’t manually add in driving time.

    Developer Response

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We will add Nevada's driving log template soon. As to adding driving time manually, it is in our development plan. Thank you for your patience. Edit: 8/30/2021. Nevada has been added as a state. Thanks
  • Top speeds

The app seems to think I’m hitting 403.7 miles an hour and it also does 190 miles an hour just speeds that I can never hit and that are impossible to hit with how far I go like my 1 mile drive I apparently drove at 114 miles an hour in the city so if ur worrying about your speeds don’t depend on how fast it tells you because it can be very wrong
  • Drive timing.

Has a feature where if you are not driving(not moving) for 3 minutes it stops the timer. I’ve had times where I’m stuck at a light or at a train and it shuts off. I can’t turn it back on while driving so I lose a good 30 minutes.Should be able to disable that feature.

    Developer Response

Hi, Really appreciated your feedback and very sorry for the lost 30 minutes. We are working on the next version, which will address this issue. Thank you for using Road Buddy!
