Thank you for your valuable feedback. We are sorry you experienced difficulties with the account activation! It seems there may have been some confusion with the activation code. Once you choose Activate Account and Sign Up Now, you are asked to enter your email address. Once you click Send Code, go to your email and retrieve the code to enter into the app. The 'Resend Code' button should ONLY be clicked if you did not receive the first email or have taken longer than 10 minutes to enter the code since it was sent. Do let us know if you continue to experience any issues after trying the above!

Useless waste of time

Thank you so much for being a Verifyt user! Unfortunately, there is no standard sizing across apparel and footwear brands. Each brand creates their own sizing for their products, which may not translate to other brands who offer similar types of products. Please find Verifyt powered brands to view your size recommendations OR using the extracted measurements from the Verifyt app, compare them to a brand’s size chart to see which size would fit you best!
