Very convenient!
This app is fabulous! It displayed all the information I needed to achieve my certification. I really liked practicing chest compressions with my phone. The guidance was spot on and I felt like I was taking a regular in-person class without having to leave my home. I will definitely be recommending this app!

Time-Saver❣️
This app was easy to understand and navigate. This beats sitting through a boring lecture …like I did several years ago . This makes it SO much more personalized and practical. I’ll use this app in the future for RE-certification
Easy and thorough
The information was good. The app was easy to use, and it was effective for learning. The only negative was they do not discuss how to properly handle an infant, and the video tutorial shows improper management of the infant’s head.
Back blows for choking are recommended for adults with other organizations. Not sure why this video doesn’t discuss back blows to adults.

Absolute joke
I stopped counting the number of typos and grammatical errors when I hit 30. It was really distracting and it made it hard to take the course seriously. I'm guessing the slides were created somewhere where English is not the primary language.
I would not recommend this app if you are new to CPR/AED. The information and practice sessions are simply too basic. I gave it a second star because it’s relatively cheap and convenient, and it was a quick way for me to recertify for my personal training certification.
If you are serious about life-saving skills, do an in-person Red Cross course or the equivalent, at least for your first certification.

A different experience!
I appreciated being able to do this with an app that could help me learn timing and depth of chest compressions for CPR. The ability to do it on my own time and in my own home was a big plus for me. For someone who has never has a CPR/AED class before, I would still encourage you to attend an in-person class, but for those of us that have taken many classes over time and just need a refresher, this is great!

Effective, Efficient, and Convenient
I like this version so much better than in-person and not just because it was efficient and convenient but I was also focused since I wasn’t around other people and waiting on their comments and questions to be answered. I have to get CPR re-certified every 2 years for my job (since 2010), so this option is perfect for me.

Excellent app
This was a full CPR training- in fact, the requirement for correct compressions was more rigorous than most courses I’ve taken. It was great to have the opportunity to do it on my own time. Highly recommend, especially if you are recertifying.
Don’t buy this!!!
I’m reviewing the compression training feature of this app, and unfortunately, it’s not practical. Additionally, there’s a risk of damaging your cellphone in the process.
Loved the App
This must’ve been the 10th or 15th time I’ve renewed a CPR and first aid certification and it was by far my most enjoyable. The app uses games to aid the learning process, I could move at my own pace, and the information was very good.
Super Convenient and Well Presented
I loved the format of the self study. The app presented the information in digestible bites that you could review at your own pace before testing. I loved that I could do this at home and in my own time.
Some of the visuals were a little small to view on an iphone but if you’ve been certified before, this isn’t an issue.
Doing the chest compressions on a cushion was a bit hard and took some practice but its so much more convenient than scheduling an in person skills test, that it was worth it.
Well done
