Bug fixing: 1. On mobile side, when create ticket by a tenant account, the copy rules doesn't take effect 2. When creating a ticket, , the assignee is not automatically be assigned 3. When creating a ticket, the display of ticket type is not consistent between mobile and web 4. On search page, when filtering by the assignee, It return null when search by accurate name 5. On mobile side, the user can't create ticket when assignee is null
