Rubbish if you want to pay
I love being able to book classes using the App, but as soon as you need to pay for something using a card, you only get errors because the app can’t cope with the bank authentication routines. It is incredibly frustrating having to phone up to book a court, especially if you are booking while travelling.Show lessAB63AAB
It has an annoying bug
If you book a badminton court using a membership voucher but later cancel it, the app does not allow you to use a voucher for booking another courtSlickjdip
Outdated and infuriating
App doesn’t support autofill of details, doesn’t support any autofill payment or payment solutions, doesn’t have booking & billing address auto complete, and when there is a booking error (often), you have to do everything again manually. Painful app. Do better.Jiminy billy bob 1979

Worked for two weeks and now just loads and immediately closes. Have updated my phone software, deleted and reloaded- no luck. Braywick front desk sent the issue to leisure focus support with my details. Two weeks later, haven’t heard nothing. Great. Have to get a code from the front desk each time I go to the gym.Show lessaaaassbbbbbccccc
Not user friendly
I used to be able to book a squash court and now it says my user account needs resetting but no where to reset it! Very poor design for those wanting to book a court and not a annual memberpopeyesurfer
