I originally ordered 1 pair of jeans and made sure to purchase the return option and the jeans were too big. Hopped on printed and new return label and they shipped a new pair in the correct size at the same time I was dropping off the return. Loved them so much I ordered two more pairs and they just came in and they fit perfectly! Customer service and quality are both amazing! I bought a pair of the coral Risen shorts, they were a little bit small so I tried to exchange them for the correct size. They said they did not have the size I needed so I couldn’t do the exchange. Now that size is available and it says it’s been to long to exchange them. So basically when they say we pay the extra couple dollars for free easy returns and exchanges, they mean Only if they have it within your return time and if they don’t then to bad.Maggie Matlock
