Life-changing experience
Bikini Bliss is a lot more than a fitness program. I don’t know quite how to describe it, or Monique Rondeau (owner).
For me, I found Bikini Bliss during COVID and joined and I started my lifestyle change then. I am just completing my 6th challenge October 2023. I have learned so much, but more than that, I have found a like-minded community of women who work hard to better themselves and pick each other up when one is down.
A few days into my 5th challenge I was diagnosed with a brain tumour. Monique and all the ladies got me through it and encouraged me to keep my spirits up while I had it removed and recovered. I joined the fall 2023 challenge despite my deficits from the tumour and resulting epilepsy.
It isn't about "winning" for me; I win everyday when I get up.
January 2024 I will be in the challenge again and I will win because showing up is a win, and being alive is a win.

Got my groove back
It took a lot for me to sign up due to alot of trauma in my life but I needed to find myself again and I committed! This was the best decision I could have made. The plan makes me stay focused, keeps me accountable and I do not like failure so this ensures I stay true to the plan. I am extremely busy with work and children yet I can find the time with ease to get my workouts in and stay within my caloric goal. I am beyond grateful
