I love this app! I look forward to taking a break a couple times a day (or more).
The only thing I would add, is a way to reset the playlist for different situations or events or even time of day, maybe even a couple of pre-set playlists.

Life changing
This use of emdr has helped me deal with significant stress and anxiety brought on by family tragedy. It gives me a mechanism to settle my stresses. Combining neuroscience and psychology is amazing in its results.
