App is not allowing me to setup an account, technical difficulties with the address information section not working :(aliyah5271
Never able to use app
It told me to verify my email before I could login but it never sent me an email. Also, there are no options to ask for help or resubmit the email request. Very disappointing. I was looking forward to using this app frequently as I am a cosmetology student.theCHIbee
Crashing
Every time I try and open a video the app crashesWhen ur pizza rolls are done

This app was amazing at first worked well first two weeks, and now it has glitches every time I go to play video it logs out of the app.Belicious93
Good Content Bad App
I used to love FSE app but now it crashes every time I open. I click on a video and it crashes. I scroll for a bit and it crashes. :( I don’t know what to dobowlofnerdles
Love the Education

Absolutely some of the best tutorials I've ever watched. Matt's techniques are interesting, fresh, and exciting to learn. I want to try so many things I have learned using this app. Easy to switch over to shop FSE to gather new cutting tools. Great way to network and share with fellow industry professionals. FSE-NOW is one of the best educational sources for hair enthusiasts. The founder Matt Beck is absolutely a gifted soul. He is talented, humble, patient, and a well detailed educator. His education style is one of the best I’ve experienced in 25 years being in this industry.
The NOW App is a great tool to connect with other stylists from around the world. Having a community of stylists/colorists/hair enthusiasts is key to growth. I am so appreciative I joined VCC, I have learned so much in just a few classes. This is one App you’ll want to download 💖
