Highly disappointed
I love to support black businesses and most do a tremendous job but this has not been my experience with ROCKDEEP. My first order was quick delivery and great quality. My second order consisted of two pair of shoes and a clothing item. I received the shoes within two weeks. Til this day no clothing item since April 5th 2022. My cart still says order is being prepared for shipping. And no less than 8 emails and 5 months later with customer service, they agreed to refund my money back in September 2022. It is now February 2023 and I have received no refund or product. Better business bureau is my next move and I have ceased to recommend ROCKDEEP to friends. Do better please. The comfortability of the shoe is unbelievable! I never had stepped foot in a shoe, where the comfort straight up feels like your are walking on a cloud. I would highly recommend there shoes to everyone and especially older folks looking for comfort for long distance walking. 10/10👍🏽ZeusOnPoint
