  • Such a wonderful fitness plan

    Such a wonderful fitness plan! As someone who trains regularly but does not have any access to equipment, this plan has been a lifesaver. You don’t need anything but still get a great workout. The recipes are great and I love the guidance about when to eat what. I will certainly be using this plan for a long time! Thank you!

  • Okay I am so impressed

    Amazing workouts! Super fun to do and really easy to follow along with. FASTE has taken under consideration that everyone has to start their fitness journey somewhere so therefore there's always level of challenges to choose from according to how hard you want your workout to be. I started the process with the less intense options because it was literally all I could do and now at month 4 I'm already keeping up with the ''hard'' programs (it's hard but point is I can do it now).
    For those who struggle with healthy eating or need new meal ideas this plan is also packed with tasty, affordable and easy recipes to back your training and get results!

  • Just completed week 3 and love the…

    Just completed week 3 and love the plan! I’m concentrating on the exercise and just using some of the meal plans as inspiration but there’s some really good recipes too. Loved the Eggs fried on Tomatoes with Tuna. The fitness videos are easy to follow, great stretch routine and I’m feeling the difference already!

    For years I have struggled with my weight and since I downloaded FASTE fitness a few months ago and change the way I eat I have lost 50 kgs. Thank you so much I love you and love this app.

    My biggest concern after downloading Faste was that I would lose my motivation after a week like I usually do. Faste does a great job keeping you motivated and focused on your goals, whatever they are

    The exercises are good. However I find it disappointing that there are no instructions given verbally to focus on certain forms to maintain while working out. Could’ve just followed workouts on YouTube for free that are more detailed.

    I’m nearly 59 years old and honestly have never been really into fitness. I played soccer and took jazzercise, but this is the first serious attempt I’ve made to having an actual workout and meal plan.
    This app is absolutely awesome! As a novice, I find this app to be very user friendly and I can choose workouts that feel as though they were made just for me.
    As I build my endurance I can escalate my workouts. There are workouts to target all muscle groups.
    The recipes are easy to follow and you can even make a grocery list right on the app.
    The daily log and weekly planner keep me accountable.
    I do feel like I have my own personal trainer! Mike is a real motivator and so helpful.
    I can’t wait to see where this takes me!

  • Trusted trainer I’ve been following for the past 5 years

    At-home workouts are pretty much the way of life now, as most gyms across the country are still shuttered due to the pandemic. So having this app takes a lot of pressure off of trying to figure out which exercises to do and even WHAT TO EAT! I have seen results myself just by trying some of his workouts on YouTube and I was pleasantly surprise with everything available in this app that covers everything you need depending on your age, sex, body type and goal so you know exactly which exercises you should do, how many reps of each, how often you should rest and whether you’re feeling a cardio workout, an upper-body workout or a total body workout! Without this app, just answering all these questions is an added stress I’d rather avoid right now, so yes, 100% recommended! GO GET IT!

  • Awesome fitness app

    Lots of workouts available which is great since I don’t like doing the same workout twice. +++ Vegan/vegetarian recipes are YUMMY.
