Tried to scan a US passport, fails. Try to enter data manually (in Spanish of course). Most menus on the data entry form don’t work (ex: nationality, country of birth) etc… can’t get to step 2MichelFloyd

What are they asking for?
They ask for a date under Fecha de Vencimiento/Permanencia
? Passport expiration date or date leaving the country? NONE of these dates worked.what are they asking

Don’t close or minimize app when you are filling it
It is a good , user friendly app. If you close or minimize the app when you are filling the form it won’t let you finish it.RichardMyers
