Poor connectivity compared to MeterGroup ZENTRA App

Connection is hit or miss. VWC readings seem incorrect, and there is no different between readings in soil vs soilless calibration.

I’ll stick with the ZENTRA app.

Update:
Per the developer it seems that VWC between soil and soil-less shouldn’t be that different, so that’s fine. I still get inconsistent readings between solus and ZENTRA, which I find odd considering that as stated the calibration should be the same.

When you guys roll out a connectivity fix that should make the app much more usable.

Response from developer

Hello, We are sorry to hear you had connectivity issues. We are deploying a fix in the next few days to help with that. Regarding the VWC readings, they should match exactly what you are getting from the ZENTRA app, as they use the same formulas. If you are getting something else please contact us with more information. Regarding the soil/soilless option, the difference between the two is neglibile in certain substrates and at certain water content levels, but under other conditions they are most certainly different. It simply depends on what you are doing.
