App crashing/shutting down IOS18
This app has been perfect until today when I updated my device to ios18. Whenever I try to upload a video, the app just crashes. I feel bad giving it a bad review but I’m not able to upload any videos due to constant crashing of the app. Please fix it
Love it-No spills no frills
Does what it is supposed to do… measures the velocity of the barbell going up and down. If you focus it on the pulley, it will work on pulley machines too, or use an old cd on the weight stack for it to focus on. NOW, if there could be a way to have it keep playing iTunes in my Airpods while taking a video… LOL

Surprisingly Feature Rich
I’ve decided to record all of my barbell lifts through this app now. I briefly considered a standalone velocity tracking device, but I would actually miss so many of the features of this little app. An absolute bargain for the price and I’m super stoked that it continues to be updated.
Best bar tracker
This is the best bar tracker app I have found. Automatically detects plates and can handle slightly angled shots. Can also tolerate my red bar clip without getting confused. Much better for me than Iron Path, which seems to be the most popular competitor app.
What would make this app 5 stars for me is the addition of lbs support at the weight input screen. I don’t like having to convert lbs to kgs for the input and all the plates at my gym are in lbs, i.e. 45 lb Olympic bar and 45 lb plates are standard around here. If putting up the bar and 2 plates I would like to enter the weight as 135 lbs.

Mostly good until recently
It’s been a great tool to analyze my lifts, but iOS 15 probably broke a few things for the app. Now any lift does not register weight so some statistics like power are not available.
Amazing app
Get THIS app if you want to get good form on the deadlift and squats. Bar should be going STRAIGHT UP OR DOWN!
Huh? Crashes immediately
Hopefully the developer responds to my email. I didn’t not purchase anything yet as I wanted to see how it works. So far, not good.
Great app but has a bug
Awesome app but it does not allow you to save the video description. This makes it’s very hard to reference past videos for comparison.
Disappointed
Would be 5 stars except the play button doesn't consistently work. As this is literally the most important part of the app --> 1 star...
Best app to improve Olympic lifting form
I’m always recording myself at my CrossFit box doing various Olympic lifts. I review them and try to improve upon my form. However, I’ve always wished there was a way to track the bar path and do analysis on it. Then I found this app!
I love that it can detect barbell plates and determine the center accurately. I love that there are graphs that show velocity, power, horizontal and vertical displacement, acceleration, etc etc! I love that you can export this data as a csv file.
This app is deff worth it for anyone wanting to improve their lifts, regardless if they’re starting or have been doing it for awhile.
