The PRIMEBODY programmes are amazing!
I’ve lost fat and gained muscle. I am the strongest I’ve ever been in my life! I am now consistently going to the gym at least 4 times a week which a year ago would’ve seemed like such a chore. There have been days when the gym has been ridiculously busy and the programmed workouts were not readily accessible. However thanks to the alternative movements Tim has at the bottom of each PRIMEBODY workout, I have always been able to substitute suggested alternatives in and complete my workouts with the same amount of effort (if not more) and leave the gym still feeling like I completed my workout as I had planned.
The PRIMEBODY programmes have introduced me to a few new machines and tools around the gym which I hadn’t previously used before, so it’s been really refreshing to try new things. I’ve really enjoyed the variety and it’s kept me excited to tackle each workout day after day.
