Great concept terrible scheme
Buying tokens that has zero warranty of the quality of the “tasteme bag” and almost none existent customer care is a risk. I liked the idea of rescuing food thats ETABLE and fair. One more note that refund request for any remaining tokens takes a lot of manual work from us the consumer to screenshot the account details, remaining balance etc plus email/message all and my bank account details to get refunded in 30 days... clearly Tasteme took some short cut when setting themselves up such as using 3rd party to process payments etc. this also means 2 handling fees, Tasteme charges 10% plus $20 and the processing bank another $20-40? I’m not entirely convinced this is ligt under the customer protection laws on return/refund dates.
