Unusable terrible app
I never write app reviews but this one is terrible! We were told to use the app to access our room. Thank goodness the front desk was staffed and gave us key cards. This is beta software at best. Please make the app work if you want guests to be able to use it(!)uncle_rico
Terrible - unusable & lacks core APIs
The app doesn’t not launch from stay link on Android. iOS version activated via stay link but messaging is not functional (new messages not showing up).
The app lacks some of the basic core APIs like push notifications!goldfarb_alex
Great app!
I used this app at a hotel I stayed at and it worked perfectly the whole time. Didn’t have any issues opening the door and it was super convenient to have my key so handy in my phone! I had access to my room and the rooftop lounge and was able to share the guest app with my family members so they could get access too.

Impossible to navigate to the actual app
Similar to the above reviewer having downloaded the app it says “return to the previous screen and click ⚡️Activate” but there is no way to navigate to another page. No idea how I will check into my hotel given this.Infernojim81
Doesn’t work
Since installing it is stuck in a page which tells me to navigate to an activation page but there is no way to navigate…KM_Kras

App advices to go back to previous screen to activate and there is no option to go back. Please test and fix itVikPnh
