The Worst Money Transfer with Zero Customer service
I don’t know reason this so so Money transfer Agency has phone number, email address? Because you will never get through to them once you make the transfer. And to me customer service is paramount. I don’t care about rates and jargon. But I care most on getting through to people I do business with. I wish I did not send money through them. And I will never send money again via them. Poor customer service and possibly having hidden agenda.

App transaction pending for two days now
When dealing with peoples money it’s about trust and efficiency it’s been two days since I made a bank transfer transaction and forgot to add my ref no I have called no answer and emailed no reply I have even sent photo of the bank deduction from acct yet the transaction has not been sent and I have not had any reply whatsoever this service is awful how do you have a phone number and email that no one reply’s to even during working hours if your handling peoples money you should know that you should have a good customer communication system as there is bound to be error made which is in your court to fix

Observation
Management is not very efficient, the app is supposed to help fix an all time transactions which it doesn’t. Once you make a any midnight transaction it doesn’t get done till next day and the contact number no one picks it which is very wrong customer service issues. If the apps doesn’t solve my issues of trust and convenience then it’s useless to me!
