    Love the simplicity of the new version. Simply a must have for any serious estate at this point

    The app combines a wide range of features into a single, user-friendly platform. From booking visitors and managing electricity bills to reporting issues and accessing emergency contacts. The clean interface and intuitive design also makes it easy to navigate.

    Too many glitches, so much room for improvements. I hate that I’m stuck with this app, NOTHING works right with this piece of crap

  • Bad Management at Emcel Court Phase 1

    They're ripping us off with this app at Emcel Court Phase 1 Ikota GRA the management is the worstest have ever see, paying 200,000 just for light monthly even after I still have light on my pre-paid meter focus people to buy light if you didn't buy they'll discount your light after contributing extra money like 50k monthly

  • Complaint

    Can’t access the App + is there a office or an Admin I can lay complaint to?… because the assigned estate manager(mr Paul) isn’t helping and he keeps telling me his boss’s hasn’t responded on the issue of the over charged bill on my apartment and I want that to be rectified ASAP! So I can pay my proposed bill. And I feel bullied not able to buy power in my apartment because of the management’s mistakes please! This is draining and I’m honestly running out of patience please.

  • Terrible app

    Not sure how anyone gave it five stars. Engineering team must be very small or non existent.

    Extremely difficult to create user controls which is one of the most important things in estate management

    Sign in is woefully slow with otps not working

    After sign up and allowing notifications can no longer progress.

    Why can't anything be done well?
