Find Customer via QR code
For those with Real Time Retail, app users will now have the ability to scan a code at the bottom of a customer’s Digital Retailing email. Scanning will quickly retrieve the right customer profile and deal and present the details with access to deal structure. No additional searching required!
To Scan QR:
Home Screen > Locate and click QR code icon in top right > upload QR code from photo library or take a photo using camera

Drive real-time retail anytime and from anywhere with DealerHome mobile! As a companion to the DealerHome desktop experience, you can:
- Easily identify customers who need your attention.
- Reach out via phone, email, SMS or CarNow chat/video chat.
- Add new customers and build deals from scratch, including adding trade information, uploading documents, scheduling appointments and even desking the deal!
- Keep tabs on any and all digital activity within your dealership with the Live Action feed.
- Search, sort and filter all leads and vehicles in your system and take appropriate actions on them.
- Communicate internally with other dealer employees.
