Great Idea, NO SUPPORT!!
I hope this works because I’ve done everything I’m supposed to set up my account to receive the rebate check, but I have had ZERO response from their help line. I’ve sent three detailed emails over a few weeks and got NOTHING back! So as it stands now, I’m expecting that I paid full price for products I don’t necessarily need because they won’t support their app and help customers needing to verify their account. Great concept, but with literally NO SUPPORT, this one is a hard pass for me. Hoping someone from their team will see this scathing review and resolve the issue. Guess we will see. 😕🤷♂️kmjazzman32

Who doesn’t love a good freebie? I have purchased about 60 products from Rebate Key and couldn’t be happier. From free gifts to give others foe the holidays to a cordless vacuum regular priced at $99 that I got for $29! This app doesn’t disappoint.
And it’s mostly Amazon products so I get them shipped in 2 days with Prime.breecouponqueen
Zip code bug
Once I logged into my account via mobile app, the zip code was unable to recognize the zero as the first digit and messed up my verification status. Please fix this ASAP. I contact customer support awaiting for this to be fixed. Will change once this resolves.
Update: 10/7/21 Esteban (RK manager) has escalated my ticket, thankful I am got someone to look into this issue. Will update if they can resolve my verification.
