Cannot complete profile
Even after putting in all the details the app says my profile isn’t complete. It is stuck at 88% and the matches you rejected just keep showing up again and again, it does not show any new people. This app is not functional at all!HJL_Eileen
I can’t get the app to work
I’m not sure if anyone else has had this problem but as soon as I put my number into the app it stops working. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app but I had the same issue.Donno?!

Hi J7lopez, Sorry you experienced this issue, we've updated the app now and this shouldn't happen anymore. If you could download the latest version and try again that would be great.App is not responsive
(Updated to latest version) The app is very laggy and when you click “matching” on the menu bar it freezes onto a white screen and doesn’t load.jakiroseh

Extremely glitchy switching between feature buttons at the button. Constantly freezing and won’t load pages correctly. Profile set up was a deadset pain in the backside! Will be deleting sadly, great concept thoughLOULOUSMITH27

Please send us an email at woof@puppilovers.com including your account phone number and name and we’ll check to see what the issue is. In the meantime we have published an update to fix a few known bugs including some in the profile setup area. We hope to see you in the app soon, taking advantage of our new benefits that are coming.
