Changes to game

Unfortunately your change in the game doesn’t impress me. It’s hard enough to get coins for the cost getting to play the bingo cards, now you taken away watching ads to receive the coins, thinking of deleting the game. Not a good choice in change.

What has happened to this game?

I started playing Bingo Wild over two years ago. This was honestly the best bingo app that had ever been released and the games were so much fun and you could always win a fair amount and rewards were very generous. However, over the last 5 months, things have gotten really bad. I can play 15-20 games in a row and not win one bingo and rewards for everything have shrunk really bad. If you pay for Elite, you get extra rewards, but the extra rewards now are like one ball or two kites. I used to spend so much money on the game, but I stopped spending 4 months ago when I realized all these changes were because the developers wanted more and more of our money. Also their support is the worst and rudest now. Support will never answer your questions and they’ll just give you a copy and paste response and that’s if they just don’t flat out ignore you first. I’m baffled at how this game has a 4.7 rating because it isn’t true at all. If you are looking for a fun bingo game, this is no longer it. When you first start playing, you’ll win some bingo’s, but as you level up, you’ll soon see that you can not play the game unless you spend money. There are other bingo apps out there that are now better than this one. They are all money pits, but this one is the worst now. It’s really sad to see how bad this game is now, but if you like getting scammed, then you’ll definitely like it.

Hard to get coins

This game doesn’t pay many coins and charges too many coins for each level . The win to lose ratio is really bad . When you get more then one bingo on a puzzle card why don’t you get a piece of puzzle for each bingo on that card. I am not going to be spending money getting more coins .

Can’t win

Let’s face it. You play a game to win. If you can’t win you move on. I’ve been playing this a couple of years now and it has changed some. The graphics are awesome but what’s the point? I earn power ups by playing but I have to use my gems to even use my power ups. I’m about done!! Since they had this last update, I’ll play 3 or 4 games and only get one win. I have only had triple bingo a couple of times and no mega bingos for over a year! And the coins you get from double bingo …that don’t even cover the cost to play that single game. I find myself getting more frustrated than enjoying the game. I play to relax not to put it down in frustration.

They don’t allow winning to happen…. ridiculous support from site rip you off all the time. Putting another penny into this stupid site. I deserve more than I’ve been getting.

Extreme Greed!!

I contacted Customer Service several days ago due to an issue I noticed (all I got was spin control thanking me for my concern).

When playing Bingo games in non-rainbow mode, the cost per game was 10,800 coins (still too much in my opinion!). A few days later, the cost was 32,400 coins!! The cost tripled overnight! Please bring down the cost of coins per game because the greed is showing. You may think that gouging players by raising the cost of coins per game will make them purchase more coins. It will not!! It makes me want to play even less! I’d rather see ads than pay for more coins. Also, the rewards are a mere pittance compared to the cost per Bingo game. I’ve been playing for a little over a year and the game has gone downhill. Your computer algorithms are making getting a bingo a rarer occurrence. I used to get bingos a lot more often a year ago! So sad. You are making a “free” game unenjoyable and only for the very rich! Bad call on your part.

Worked fine until now.

I have spent a good amount of time (and money) in this game and am now on LVL 180. it’s my go to bingo game because it has a smooth gameplay, a good amount of daily free coins, nice Graphics and fun challenges.
But since today the game won’t work anymore. It opens and as soon as you get the notification screen the app closes itself. I’ve tried turning my phone on/off. I’ve tried reinstalling the app multiple times. But nothing helps. I’m actually really sad that I can’t play anymore.
