  • Fun game but..

    I’ve been playing this game for awhile it’s entertaining however it’s like every game. If you’re good at it it it’ll match you against players with higher level characters and you just won’t win. Game is setup to maintain a 49-51% win rate. You get on a winning streak then all the sudden you’ll play a long group of players that are so much higher level then you you have no way to win. Typical because they are trying to get you to spend money to increase your character level. I’ve spent no money on the game and it’s still fun. Just expect that you aren’t going to get better and better. You get shut down at some point and start going backwards. Will likely quit playing since there’s no point at this point.

  • Scam alert

    This company is absolute frauds. No customer service to be heard of. all the matches are predetermined. You asked them for any sort of information on damage reports for this versus this. They won’t give you any information on anything because everything is a predetermined algorithm the more money you pay the more likely the algorithm will be in your favor, but if you ask them for any information on defense or attack points, how many troops does this person kill one attack this they won’t give you any information whatsoever because they are wires in their frauds. They can’t even tell you something as simple as what is the true production rate of a level five tower versus the true production rate level one tower. Even though supposedly level fives produce more troops faster than level ones you will find that some matches based on how the algorithm works that sometimes a level one will produce more troops in your level five but they won’t admit that and they won’t even comment or articulate on that there is no rhyme or reason as I’ve said you paid to win. If you pay more money you get a favorable algorithm They have no integrity and no morals in this company. These people are shameful.

    Hello, sorry for your negative experience. The battles are not decided before it starts. A lot of factors affect the outcome. These include troops used, attack and defense strategies, maps, and so on. We have other game modes where players practice and farm resources to level up troops. If interested, you can try those too before challenging the arena again.

  • Very Unbalanced and Lots of cheating/unethical play

    The online game play is extremely unbalanced. Equally unimpressive is the amount of unethical and cheating game play allowed.

    Recommendation:
    - Fix unbalanced match ups. If someone is holding 10, 11, 12 cards, they shouldn’t be beat by a 7, 8, 8 within the first 10 seconds of game play.
    - It seems the closest you get to the next league, the more unbalanced it gets. If you’re at the lower end, you’ll have no problem winning (aside from all the cheating/unethical play).
    However if you’re close to moving on to the next league, or newly promoted, you will be matched up exclusively with cheaters and someone who has significantly higher ranked cards than you.
    - Ban users from sitting there the entire match and “volume building” or “sling shotting” (whatever it is called) the entire time. Whoever starts that process first is the winner.
    - Add a reporting feature to be able to submit the examples above to fix game play.

It may happen due to you being very good at the game and ending up very high where stronger opponents are or due to the stronger opponents having lower trophies due to not playing for a few days or losing to other players too much.
