Please fix this!!
At first everything was going smoothly I didn’t have a problem at all it was fun and easy to get everything in place but now when i connect my phone to charge the animation pops up but I can’t hear anything, I’ve had the sound on in the settings for the animation yet it doesn’t work properly , please do something about it it’s getting very annoying that im not able to hear the animation that i added.I have tried installing and uninstalling the app deleting the shortcut multiple times, I’ve done this multiple times and i am still not able to hear anything it’s getting in my nerves

I don’t know why it doesn’t appear on my screen when charging but when I open on the app it starts playing the video I made 🤦🏻♀️ is it only me ☹️

Ok this is only because me but I’m just trying to use the entire Osaka Love Yourself Speak Yourself as the charging animation. It lets me do a 10 minute one but not 2 and a half hour one. And also certain ones cost money.
