Energy frustration! 😡
If you like opening a game and playing for less than a minute, then this is the game for you. I am on level 19 of this game and my energy is set to 57. In the events, the barriers I need to go through and the items I need to make all cost 70 energy or more. That means I can open the game every hour and click on one item and then I am done. Sure, I can go back to the main game and plant crops or make stuff in the machines I already have, but that all requires ingredients and coins. The coins are made through selling items that you make. The items that you make require ingredients that you find while exploring new lands and events. Guess who is missing a lot of ingredients due to not even being able to get through any obstacles? Not only do I not have some ingredients and the energy to get more, but it is very unclear as to which obstacles give you which ingredient. Sure you can click on the magnifying glass and it will show you where some of it is found, but try to click on another obstacle that looks the same, and it will not be there. It is a shame because I like the game but it is way too expensive to accomplish very little both on your own farm and on adventures. Obstacles that have to be cleared in order to move forward cost so much energy that you can’t finish an adventure without spending an exorbitant amount of money. The goal destinations always take a convoluted path again making you spend a ton of energy. Furthermore, the inventory system drops items consistently and when you need multiple items to make certain drinks or tokens within the adventure, the program does not properly keep track of what you’ve gathered, again, making you spend even more energy.
The worst part of my experience is that when I wrote to customer service after months of putting up with the above issues, I was accused of making mistakes, not being able to count and never once did they admit that they were or could be in error. They just kept consistently asking me for screenshots. Who takes screenshots everytime they make a move within a game? I’m not a tester, I am a paying customer. After spending over $945 last month (I am not sure I wasn’t at least double billed), you’d think they would want to keep me as a customer. It would have benefitted them to give me a generous amount of jewels and energy back. Instead I have deleted the app.Show lessRACSweeney

Hello! We always attempt to keep our games from being pay-to-win, and try to leave our players a choice in whether or not they want to pay. The game is free, but gems are a good bonus, and players who buy gems in the game make progress faster (as is true for all games).Ads are fake and this game isn’t very fun
In my opinion this game is not very fun or accurate to the advertisements and I think this game is worth a two star rating and this is why, I downloaded this game to see what it was like after seeing an advertisement on tik tok. Once the game was done loading I started playing. At first I just thought I have to go a little bit through the game and it will be like the advertisement I saw on tik tok but it was never the same as the ad in my opinion the advertisement was just stupid. The reason I’m saying this game is stupid because they said, “This game is the same as the advertisement.” Even though it was not the same. The main reason this makes me mad is because they could make the advertisement talk about the game the real way you play it. I also would like to mention this game is kind of like a boring version of the game called, “Lilly’s garden” if you think you would like this game family adventure go ahead and download it but I don’t recommend for these reasons.
