Scanning & loading problems
I just got into using the app but I am having a lot of loading issues & when I scan a piece, it gives me none of the right pieces. I know you’re trying your hardest, but focus on the scanning issue first then loading issue.Gamer_good

Can’t even log into app
App requires that you make an account with email address to use it. I tried making my account with my email but never received the verification code in my email like it said I would. Then tried again, but app gives error saying that I already have an account with email address so I can’t make another one. But the thing is, is that I CANT GET INTO THE ACCOUNT IN THE FIRST PLACE WITHOUT THE VERIFICATION CODE! I have never had so many issues with an app that I can’t even use.Show lessPeriwinkle the 80th
Logo looks low quality

So ya this crap
I just downloaded the app for fun because of its add had showed it’s a pretty cool app but all I get is a Loading screen that’s gray and says updateing a new database I have been waiting for 1 hour and still not receiving any notification or update on the app.please fix’s this could be a good app for leago users if it was working. I wish I was able to send photos so the creator

Never loaded
This is a great concept but for me the app never loaded, I left my phone alone for 20 minutes while the app “updated the database”. The app never went to past that screen and also heated my phone a noticeable amount. I would love to revisit this app in the future after problems are taken care of.Dante2023_

Won’t load
I am a first time user and as the title says, it will not load. All it says is “Updating a new database”. I don’t know why it saying that but I thought you could help.It’s so hard to use
It’s so confusing and so hard to use. I deleted the app so many times but something happened and it says my email wasn’t right and it’s asking for too much information personal information I really don’t like it.u ex tjdfjdgjdyjd
Longtime user
I was one of the first users and just reopened the app for the first time in a while. I just got a new set for Xmas and tried to add the set to my collection but it glitches out. It won’t let me type more than a letter at a time and the keyboard disappears. Then when I finally get the full search term in, I just get a spinning wheel of death. I hope this gets fixed soon. Assuming it does, I think the app has real potential for AFOLs like myself.
Update: problem continues even after updating app. Running on iPhone 12, iOS 16.3.1. Not only is the search function still glitchy but now my vault is empty and all my points have disappeared.Show lessjdib78
