Patient Orator helps you plan your health visit so you can voice your health concern from the comfort of your home and without the fear or anxiety of being in a doctor’s office and without the possibility of being dismissed or interrupted by your health care team. Patient Orator helps you Record new health concerns, track activities, get reminders to stay on track with your medications, and most importantly be prepared and confident to have conversations with your health care team, and much more. Features that help people: Track changes in their health Monitoring health symptoms Record health concerns Track medication reaction Get Medication Reminders Plan health visit conversations Learn more about their conditions Access social and medical resources Patient Orator was developed in collaboration with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals that live with or care for people with chronic health conditions to help make doctor-patient conversations easier. This app does what 4 apps do on my phone. It’s good to have everything in one place. Tracking my medication and healthcare condition is ideal for my visit to my doctor office because half the time i can’t remember when i experienced some of my health care events.
