We found that this happens when the app is not allowed to access Apple Health. In the Apple Health app, please go to Sharing > Apps & Services > Health to Calendar > Allow Reading. We will add the ability to allow Apple Health access on import in the next version of the app.

Doesn’t have Menstruation Cycle as an Option
Already annoying that Apple didn’t think we’d want that info, or any Health info, in our Calendar, which is the point of this App, to bridge that gap and once again Menstruation Cycle is forgotten.
I’m sure it works well for all the other things, but I’m not going to use it in it’s current state, as it doesn’t have the one thing I wanted it for, linking my Menstruation Cycle to my Calendar (yeah I’m just flabbergasted that I had to even look for an App and then it was forgotten again).

Unfortunately, the app does not currently offer menstrual cycles. I have added to my to-do list the ability to save the menstrual cycles you have saved in Apple Health to your calendar.

Would you like to try it after updating to a new app from the App Store? This phenomenon only occurs in iOS 16.6.1. It ask me money second time. But I have paid just half day before.

If you download again after paying, you can restore it from the purchase screen in the app. You cannot purchase the same product twice.
