Absolutely terrible app. Every insect I’ve photographed it tells me it’s unknown!!! Yet I photographed my dog and it tells me what he is!!!

The app kept asking me to upgrade after I upgraded and identified a spider as a house fly.

I took several photos of insects 1-2mm long and the app said they are honey bees lol. Can’t find where to cancel this either.
Bug identification
So I have this very large bug. Took several pics of it but still cannot get a clear identification. The app is no good to me . However, navigation to cancel subscription is useless.

I took a nice clear photo of a spider in my backyard in Spanish Fort Al and the app said not identifiable. This is the first time I’ve used this app and this is it’s answer .

Insect app (iPhone)
I got the app for my son and I to in joy looking I hopcollecting bugs but I gave it the benefit of the doubt to work but when take pic with the app it doesn’t read it and it give you an option to get the picture and at it does reed it and then at times it doesn’t. I hope the app owner’s can fix this. I guess I’m going to continue to use google.
