  • Love the Mobility and Flexibility

    I love how I can have customized workouts for home, the gym, or for when I am on the road. I set up different platforms based on what equipment is available in advance. When I am at the gym, I hit play and I don’t have to think about what is next. I have had others ask me what I am following and they are always impressed. Hopefully they have downloaded the app for themselves!

    Great app, team supporting it is responsive. Workouts are varied depending on fitness level. Great way to stay in shape and stay accountable to yourself.

    Love the app! Easy to use interface, love the ability to customize my workouts, select my workout environment (home, gym, etc), and the leaderboard adds a healthy dose of competition!
  • Great way to track progress and stay motivated

    This app does a great job of letting you know when you need to push yourself harder and when you can slow down a little bit. Keeping track of your monthly calories is a big motivation, as it can be disappointing when you see how you did other months compared to the current. The calories burnt count can help you keep going to hit a goal instead of working out blindly and thinking you did more than you actually did.

  • Great Workout App!

    Takes the guessing out of my workouts! I love that I can adjust my workouts based on what equipments I have available. Whether at home or traveling, I can still keep up. Seeing my progress and where I stand on the leaderboard is great motivation too!
