1- Activating Help Desk Ticketing System at the agent, through this system, agent can now send requests to stop, cancel, or modify remittance information to the Management. 2- Activating the two-factor verification feature when registering the transfer, either with a security question or a verification code. 3- Activate sharing account number through QR. 4- Activate reading an account number through the camera or studio when a new credit movement is made. 5- Add notes when recording a new credit transaction. 6- Lots of improvements and bug fixes for the management system.
