Often we want to temporary "take" some item from the container and then bring it back. It doesn't mean the item is completely removed - it will be back soon! Now My Storage Helper allows to mark any item or container as "taken". All features will still work for these items and containers, including search. Another frequent demand - mark a container is full, meaning we can't add any more items to it. With version 2.3.0 you can do that as well!

My Storage Helper helps you track and quickly find any items in your storages - garage, self-storage, walk-in closet, etc. Organize your storage using containers (boxes) and items in it. Each item and container have pictures to simplify visual recognition, name, and description - to easily search for specific items. App also allows printing name, items, and QR code for each container. Stick this information on your box and use your phone camera to navigate the container and its content quickly. Use a built-in search feature to search for items and their location (container and storage). Share you storage or containers with others!   • Great idea, but needs more work

    The app appears to be unstable, it shuts down regularly, mostly when trying to upload photos.

    This can be frustrating, particularly after taking the time to photograph each item in a storage container.

  • A really great start

    For those who love organization this is an amazing app. Create storage areas, containers, and then itemize the items in those containers with photographic indicators. Then use the search feature when your looking for something. The app works flawlessly, 5 stars, but it is in its early stages so I give it 4 with room to grow. An idea for a new feature would be a way to share and sync your storage “database” with other family members.
