Consistently fresh, reliable delivery
I’ve been really impressed by the ease of ordering and the quality of produce…. It’s very fresh. I’ve not had any delivery issues so far.
What has really stood out is the quality of customer service. Couple of times (out of many deliveries) when the item was incorrect or not of good quality, I was able to get very quick and satisfactory response from their customer service.
I have bought from farms like greenDNA etc which also have great organic produce but the customer service was slow and not customer-friendly.
I hope they don’t change from this level of service.Show lessDipikaSeattle
