This is not an app that teaches meditation, and I wouldn’t recommend this app for beginning meditators. Some skill and experience in meditation are needed to be able to take advantage of what’s being offered here…

Spectacular Mediations!
These meditations transport me to such a beautiful empty space of relaxation and surrender yet so alive and direct in the moment. They are beautifully spoken and the music just rocks my consciousness into an emptying out experience. Like a baby being rocked to sleep only where they take me isn’t asleep it’s so alive and awake that consciousness can’t touch. I love being directed to the senses in the way these mediations do. There is a spectacular heart involved in the creation of this app and I am so happy it’s accessibly.
