TV Mode can be used during distant vision activities for 40cm or more, such as watching TV or enjoying a landscape while relaxing. Phone Mode can be used during near-work vision activities under 40cm such as looking at smartphones or reading books. To set up and switch the Phone/TV mode, press the Mode Switch Button placed on the left of the Otus device. 전반적으로 사용을못할정도로 느리고 그나마넘어가면 튕겨나가서 다시시작해야합니다

안녕하십니까. 에덴룩스 담당자입니다. 먼저 사용에 불편을 드려 죄송합니다. 당사 APP은 현재 한국, 미국,일본, 대만을 중심으로 서비스를 제공하고 있습니다. 따라서 타지역에서 사용할 경우 앱이 좀 더 느려지는 현상이 발생합니다. 고객님은 현재 영국에서 사용하고 계시는것 같은데 향후 유럽의 아마존 서버를 이용하여 앱속도를 올릴 예정에 있으므로 그때까지 좀 더 시간을 주시면 감사하겠습니다. 하지만 그전에 사용상 불편이 없도록 앱속도 제고을 위해 각국별 DB를 나눌 예정이므로 그때는 현재보다 조금 빨라 질것으로 예상됩니다. 혹시 질문사항이 있으시면 카카오채널이나 cs@edenlx.com으로 연락주시면 좀 더 밀착 대응을 해 드리도록 하겠습니다. 감사합니다.
