Poorly Designed App
Not user friendly. Needs constant logging (almost everytime I open the app), time scrolling is poorly designed (time reporting only allowed in 15 minutes interval but you have whole range 1 - 60 minutes available to chose), when I try to report travel time I’m not allowed to enter the travel start time and stop time, only the amount of hours, that’s not handy at all. Customer signature behaviour is unpredictable, approve hours button sometimes doesnt work, calendar view is not showing tentative assignments. Deviated hours takes too long to show up registered hours, requires high speed internet connection, the app is almost impossible to use in poor internet connection. IFS Cloud Mobile Work Order for Service is suited for field service technicians and provides them with service-critical information and offers complete control over your work process. It is intuitive, easy to use and guides field service technicians through the work execution process and other supporting functions. IFS Cloud Mobile Work Order for Service offers robust offline capabilities for use in locations and situations where network connectivity is bad, sporadic or simply not allowed. The software automatically syncs your entered data later, on a schedule or when your network connection is reestablished.
