Reviews of Lid Sync

App works. Device is useless, making this app also useless

I’ve installed the device and followed the instructions. I’ve been using it for a week. However, only once it has detected that I took the medication, even though I took it daily. Additionally, the app doesn’t allow you to overwrite the value. Therefore the log of when I take medications is useless, and that makes those notifications/reminders annoying since I can’t mark the medication as Taken. Yes, I can turn off my phone notifications, but that’s not the point for a device and app with the purpose of making it easier to remember to take and track medication.

Use of the device is not significantly easier than getting the the pills out of the standard container. The benefit is the integration with this app. Unfortunately, it’s a complete failure.

Will continue trying it out for the rest of the month. Will update my review if things change.
