As mentioned in other reviews, I can get on my phone, but not on my Mac.
Librarian told me about it the other day. I had to download on my phone and then enter my library card and the last four digits of my phone number for the PIN.
I know the library probably has my e-mail address, but I know I never created on to use with this app. I tried "forgot password" but that would not work either. Another frame would open up and a small square showed up in it, then it would close out.
