Decent app ruined by subscription

I found this app yesterday and got excited because I through I finally found an app where I could track all the racing series I follow - until I saw there was a subscription. I would’ve been perfectly fine if I could see the race day and time, but the fact that even the race time is locked behind a paywall is a dealbreaker for me. I could understand if it was a one-time fee of anywhere from 3-10 USD to unlock all the features and I would even pay that amount, but I can’t justify having an app if something as basic as seeing what time the race starts is locked behind a monthly/annual subscription.

The one good thing I will say about it is that I like how it it organized and color-coded according to series.

Hi there! 👋 I’d love to make this a one time payment for sure, but it’s run by just one person and I do 10-15 hours a week work on it collecting and checking times. Unfortunately it would barely cover its hosting costs at a single payment. 😞 But, I’m always open to new ideas and approaches. Everyone who watches motorsport needs this app!

Changed my life. It felt like a full time job trying to keep us with all the series I wanted to watch, then having to faff around translating the start times to where I was located. This app does it all for you. Love, love, love. Everyone needs this.

Terrible Start Up

Completely ruined a very cool concept by forcing you to de-select all. Of. The. Racing. Series. You don’t know or care about. The app freezes for a second between each untick, making the process take up minutes of my time.

So many series!

i didn’t even know there were so many series! There’s motorsport every weekend and it’s pretty easy to find when to watch and where with this app! and i never forget because of the notifications! seems to get loads of updates too. 5 star.
