Can’t login
I can’t login to the mobile app. But I can login online. Same password. I even reset my password and still can’t login to the mobile app!???? Can’t this get fixed!!!???? ASAP

Hey there, you DON'T have to login to the mobile app. The mobile app is more decentralised and only needs you to either import your wallet or connect to another wallet app like MetaMask and Rainbow. Cheers

Can’t login!!!
I use a passcode on the app. But when I go to login. There’s no letters or numbers for me to select. It’s just the password are that shows what I typed. But no keyboard to actually type in password. Can y’all get this fixed asap???

Still has Hidden fees
Parking is a hidden fee. Not a label. It’s a fact, you weren’t upfront about parking when selling domains.
It should not be set up to default payments for services no one asked for. I definitely won’t be using this new feature and never asked or consented to use it.
The fact you can implement new “features” that require an opt out to prevent unauthorized payments is really problematic and the biggest complaint that you’re too big of cowards to address. Try me.

No need to throw labels. You don't have to pay parking fees if you don't want to. Parking is an optional custodial service IF you don't care to keep the domains in self-custody
